Stepping through the main entrance we will have access to a beautiful restored atrium, bright and very well cared for. Entering the apartment we will immediately have the opportunity to notice with what care it has been decorated. It consists of a living area with sofas, dining table, TV and an equipped kitchen.

The very spacious master bedroom has a closet, an adjacent bathroom and next to the stairs leading to the terrace for exclusive use upstairs. A great convenience to enjoy moments of relaxation and to take advantage of for outdoor meals or dreamy aperitifs.

In addition to the textile market of St. Augustine, the house is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city: “Il Capo.” A place rich in history, art, monuments, folk tradition, generous and hospitable people, where lights, colors and smells blend, giving you typically Mediterranean sensations. Strolling through the alleys of the market you will find many of the city’s most important churches and many Baroque-era buildings that characterize Palermo’s historic center. Within a short walk from the apartment you can reach, even on foot, some of the most characteristic places of the Sicilian capital and the most beautiful monuments: in addition to the Teatro Massimo, The Politeama Theater, the Church of the Martorana, the Quattro Canti, the Royal Palace and the Cathedral, enjoy typical Sicilian cuisine, discover gastronomic delicacies and the famous Palermo street food and admire the store windows of the prestigious stores of the elegant Via Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo.
